The Digital Imaging Group (DIG) was formed with the goal of staying current with everything related to the Digital Darkroom. Members are a mixture of Film and Digital photographers.
DIG is not a traditional photography club in that there are no competitions and generally no image slideshows during our meetings. We have a limited amount of meeting time which we feel is best spent teaching and learning digital imaging through tutorials and demonstrations. With that in mind, our goal is to have 2-3 presentations each month. Subjects include tips on improving your digital workflow process, demonstrations of new software and/or Photoshop plug-ins or just favorite tips from members.
We want to be an active group so we encourage all members to participate by bringing prints for the SHOW AND TELL portion of our meetings. Seeing what others are working on is always inspirational. We also learn a great deal from each others work!
WHEN: The first Tuesday of each month at 9am unless Library has reserved.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Next Meeting is TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2008. (Seriously!)
WHERE: Mustang Library – 10101 N. 90th St. in Scottsdale (south of Shea Blvd)
